circkx Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the circkx platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its services. "We", "our" or "circkx" refers to the entity operating this platform. "You" or "Member" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

3 Age Restrictions

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency and Taxes

5 Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Terms for claiming the bonus:

• A 15x wagering requirement on the total balance including the bonus must be completed before withdrawal.
• The bonus amount is capped at ৳8,000 — no matter how large the deposit, the bonus will not exceed this limit.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on designated games — this may vary by offer.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• Bonuses may expire if not used within a specified period.

5.3 VIP Program

The circkx VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity and become eligible for weekly cashback.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits are granted based on individual gaming history. circkx reserves the right to change VIP tiers and benefits.

6 Gaming Rules

Slot games, sports betting, live casino and other gaming services are available on the circkx platform. The following rules apply to gaming activities:

• Each game has its own detailed rules — read them before playing.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, it will be completed after verification.
• circkx is not responsible for bets lost due to network issues.
• Game outcomes are determined by a third-party certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• For sports betting, official results will be considered final.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game or market may have minimum and maximum betting limits. circkx reserves the right to change betting limits at any time, particularly if unusual betting patterns are observed on an account.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute regarding a game result, contact our support team within 24 hours. Game logs and server data will be treated as conclusive evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the circkx platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Using software or automated tools to attempt to influence the system.
• Colluding with other members to exploit the system or bonuses (Collusion / Bonus Abuse).
• Creating an account with false information or committing fraud during verification.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security or hacking.
• Using third-party payment methods (those not registered in your own name).
• Enabling minors to access the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by circkx

circkx may place any account under investigation, temporarily suspend it, or permanently close it in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of the terms is found.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• On the instruction of legal authorities.

8.2 Closure by the Member

12 Amendments and Enforceability of Terms

12.2 Partial Invalidity

If any part of these terms becomes unenforceable for legal reasons, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement
